It is now possible at the kick off event of the second annual Coral Gables Restaurant Week, called Taste of the Gables, which will take place on 29th May’ 2009 at 65 Miracle Mile, in South Florida from 6 to 9 pm. Guests can taste the complimentary samplings of the participating restaurants of this festival and would also get an opportunity to vote for their favorite dish. Another highlight of this event is the chance that visitors will get to win a $500 shopping voucher at the Downtown Coral Gables area in South Florida.
Besides having a feast, visitors can also enjoy the lively atmosphere at Taste of Gables, Downtown Coral Gables, FL. Performances by Grammy award nominee Negroni’s Trio, Progressive Jazz and an appearance by Tamara G. of Coast 97.3 FM’s two girls in the morning show is on the cards. The entry to Taste of the Gables event is free and the formal festival starts from June 1st, which goes on till June 8th. During this period, the area eateries will feature Restaurant Week menus at lunch and dinner, with at least 20% off on the regular prices.
